CFS Marriage Preparation weekend

CFS - Catholic Family Services - Marriage Preparation Weekend Sessions Catholic Family Services (CFS) in Saskatoon offers weekend workshops in marriage preparation designed to help couples learn to better communicate feelings and ideas on relationship issues. The workshops run three times per year. Cost is $225/couple. Weekends run 6:15 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Fridays/ 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays. All are invited to join in a day of praise and thanksgiving for 8 years of overflowing grace of faith, love and unity. Contemplative Mass

* Contemplative Mass led by Fr. Kevin McGee will be held Friday, Oct. 5 at St. Augustine Church, 602 Boychuk Dr., Saskatoon. The rhythm of the Contemplative Mass is a gentle, steady flow, marked by 20 minutes of silence after communion. It is designated to allow space for reflection and recognition of the intimate presence of Christ who comes to us through scripture and the Eucharist. Silence within this form of worship can feel uncomfortable or awkward, especially when experienced for the first time. We encourage you to relax and rest in the abiding presence of God.

On this day, millions of children across the world will be unified in praying the rosary for peace in our families, nation and world. All are invited, all are welcome.
